COURT AND TRIBUNAL APPLICATION SUPPORT
Court and tribunal forms,
completed for you.
Completing a court or tribunal form correctly is one of the most important steps in any legal matter. We complete the form from the information you provide, accurately and clearly, ready for you to submit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions people ask before booking
Do you file or submit the form on my behalf?
No. We complete the form and return it to you. You submit it yourself — to the court, tribunal, or relevant body. We will advise you on the correct submission method and address during the consultati
What information do I need to have ready?
This depends on the form. For employment matters you will need your employment details, dates, and ACAS certificate. For family forms you will need the details of the other parties and the arrangements or orders you are seeking. For Form E you will need full financial disclosure — bank statements, property valuations, pension CETVs, and details of all assets and liabilities. We will send you a preparation checklist specific to your form after booking.
Is this legal advice?
No. This is form completion from the information you provide. We do not advise on the strength of your case, the likelihood of success, or what outcome you should seek. If you need that kind of support, please see our consultation service, which provides structured legal guidance within our unregulated service model.
What if I need changes after the form is completed?
One revision is included in the fixed fee. If you provide information that turns out to be incorrect, or if your circumstances change and the form needs to be significantly reworked, that may be quoted separately. Minor corrections within the scope of the original instruction are always covered by the included revision.
What happens if my form is rejected by the court?
Courts occasionally return forms for minor administrative reasons — missing dates, incorrect addresses, insufficient copies. If a form we have completed is rejected for an error on our part, we will correct it at no charge. If it is returned for a reason outside our control — for example, a change in court procedure or information you provided that was incorrect — that will be discussed with you at the time.
I already submitted a SAR myself. Can you still help?
Yes. If you have already submitted a SAR and received a response, the response review is available as a standalone instruction. We review and analyse the disclosure, identify what is significant, flag what appears to be missing or improperly withheld, and provide a written summary of what the disclosure means for your complaint and what your options are. Please contact us to confirm the scope before booking.
Can you also help me draft the statement or letter that goes alongside the form?
Yes. Form completion and document drafting are separate services but they work well together. If you need a position statement alongside your C100, a supporting letter alongside your school admission appeal, or a witness statement alongside your FL401, please see the relevant service pages — or contact us and we can discuss what combination of support would help most.
Is this service confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with us is held in strict confidence and used only for the purpose of preparing your document. We do not share your information with any third parties. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
What if my situation turns out to be more complex than I thought?
The triage calculator identifies complexity before quoting. If your matter falls outside our standard scope because of volume, complexity, or urgency then you will be told immediately and directed to the appropriate support. If additional complexity emerges during the consultation, we will discuss this with you openly before proceeding.
