​Workplace disputes do not always fit neatly into a formal grievance, disciplinary process, or whistleblowing disclosure. Sometimes the issue is a breakdown in workplace relationships, unfair treatment, concerns about a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), failure to provide support, workplace conflict, or concerns that have not yet reached a formal stage.

Before a fixed fee can be provided, or any drafting work begins, we need to understand what has happened, the issues you wish to raise, and whether there are any factors that may affect the approach taken.

This assessment helps us do that properly.
